Welcome to our first blog post! We wanted to keep things simple and transparent, so you know exactly what to expect from our blog and the rest of our site. We hope you enjoy this brief introduction, and stay tuned for more content coming soon!
We are thrilled to have you here and hope you find our content informative, inspiring, and entertaining.
Firstly, let's introduce ourselves. We are a group of individuals who are passionate about celebrating and advocating for the LGBTQ+ community. We believe in equality and acceptance for all, regardless of sexual orientation or gender identity.
We have some exciting things planned for this blog, including future events that we hope you'll be interested in. One event we want to highlight is the upcoming Gibraltar Pride on the 24th of June 2023. This is a wonderful opportunity to celebrate our community and show our support for each other. We encourage you to mark your calendars and join us for what promises to be an incredible day.
In addition to future events, we also want to introduce you to our LGBTQ+ Book Club. Reading is a great way to learn, grow, and see the world from different perspectives. Our book club is open to anyone who wants to join and read books written by LGBTQ+ authors or featuring LGBTQ+ characters. We'll also be posting book reviews on our blog, so stay tuned for those!
We are also excited to announce that we will be collaborating with other charities and local initiatives to support and uplift our community. We believe that working together can make a real difference, and we are committed to doing our part to create a world that is more accepting and inclusive for everyone.
Now, let's talk about what you can expect to see on this blog. We will be sharing stories from members of the LGBTQ+ community, as well as allies who support us.
